Payment Terms

All prices are in Canadian Dollars and do not include taxes (until the last step of the ordering process). We accept credit card and paypal as payment for orders. The order will not be processed until the payment is fully received. Due to potential fraud and misuse, we may request additional verification information for credit card or paypal payments. Payments are always charged at time of order.

Shipping Terms

We strive to send orders are soon as possible, however we do not guarantee shipment dates. Our goal is to ship Drawing Services orders within 10 business days but if your order has a large number of items, it obviously takes more time to execute. Drawings are executed by real human beings one by one. Nothing is automated and we only use professional illustrators living in Europe or in North America. No social dumping on these services. We hope you’ll appreciate this.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order or available within the apps through the e-mail address provided when registering. This address is noted in the email sent to the customer upon ordering and is also available in the account order history. We are not responsible for delays or loss stemming from shipments sent to incorrect or invalid addresses.
For international orders, you are also responsible for any tariffs, taxes, fees, VAT, duties due upon receipt of physical goods.

Privacy

We store your phone number, order history, email, shipping and billing addresses in your user account. For your security, credit card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV codes are not stored. User information is only used to ship goods and contact you in case of an order or shipping issue. We do not, and will never sell or give any of your information to any third-party or send you any unsolicited advertisements. We hate spam as much as you do.

Returns & Refunds

Drawing Services orders canceled before they are started by our illustrators will be refunded, no questions asked. However, we do not guarantee to accept returns or refunds for Drawing Services that have been partially or fully executed, as it may be impossible for us to reuse the work that has been done specifically for you. We may accept, at our own discretion, to partially refund you based on the amount of work that would have been already performed. In any case, contact us and we’ll try to resolve any issue you might have.
